Brighton Fringe 2026 will run from 1st May to 31st May. Along side it, we are running The Brighton Independent Fringe Festival where you can find loads of great acts doing their shows, so please check our listings. We run this as an alternative to the Brighton Fringe. This is a curated event. None of the acts have had to pay a sign up fee and they keep all their ticket money. We do not believe in pay to play events, taking money from the ticket sales or for checking tickets. This is an independent, artist focused festival. If you want truly support indie artists and venues, this is the place for you!
Best of the Fest
Join us at The Secret Comedy Club during Brighton Fringe 2026 for our exclusive “Best of the Fest” showcase! Nestled in the heart of The Lanes at Artista, our award-winning venue—voted Best Fringe Venue 3 years in a row—brings you the finest comedy talent from across the festival.
Throughout the week and early on weekends, we’re hosting short, high-energy sessions featuring 3 to 4 comedians in a compact one-hour format. These bite-sized shows are the perfect way to sample a variety of acts, helping you decide which full-hour performances to see next.
